DATALLEGRO SIGNS TECHNOLOGY ALLIANCE WITH MICROSTRATEGY
Data Warehouse Appliance to Integrate with
Business Intelligence Software
MicroStrategy User Conference, Miami, FL – January 23, 2006 – DATAllegro, supplier of data warehouse appliances that lead the industry in price and performance, today announced that it has signed a technology alliance agreement with MicroStrategy® Incorporated, a leading worldwide provider of business intelligence software.
As part of the new relationship DATAllegro will offer enhanced integration between its data warehouse appliances and MicroStrategy’s integrated reporting, analysis, and monitoring software. The result for customers is an integrated business intelligence platform where large amounts of data can be stored, rapidly queried, analyzed and monitored. DATAllegro also plans to join MicroStrategy’s partner program.
DATAllegro offers two varieties of data warehouse appliances. DATAllegro “P” series appliances are geared towards extremely high performance. Offering extremely fast query speeds and priced as low as $90,000 per terabyte, DATAllegro’s “P” series appliances set a new standard in data warehouse performance. DATAllegro’s “C” series appliances are designed for high capacity. Starting at less than $20,000 per terabyte and supporting up to 250 terabytes of data, DATAllegro’s “C” series appliances make data warehousing affordable to all companies and all projects.
